Whilst not an “urgent” medical matter (rosacea) it needed swift access to prescription and that’s what I got. Excellent.

When I phoned in at 8:00am, I was 24th in the queue! I requested the call back and it was very swift - so “No” - whole thing seamless.

Phoned at 8.00am on the dot and shocked I was 18th on line waiting .( this seems the normal since Covid in 2020 . ) a lot of times getting an appointment is difficult as the receptionist some time seem to ask many “ personal questions and medical questions , but I know many have NO medical training but insist on knowing what’s wrong and deciding if the Doctors should call you or get an appointment “ considering patients go to have problem's diagnosed and can be very personal embarrassing for themselves

May be have a triage nurse available to expediate issues as they have more knowledge about medical issues than receptionists

I had a coil removal, I was not given anything to cover myself with and nothing to clean with after the procedure, I've had many coils and smears and never treated like that plus the speculum was to big causing pain , wasn't uncomfortable it was painful.

Speak to the nurse she might do it all day, everyday but patients don't have it done everyday and it could put them off ever going for a smear test again. Patients dignity should be foremost.

Overall really good. The call back option is really good and helpful especially when juggling two children in the morning.
